The Botanical Gardens
The Birmingham Botanical Gardens & Glasshouses were first opened to subscribers in 1832. The Glasshouses create a series of different environments ranging from Tropical to Arid, housing plants that grow naturally at those temperatures. The large gardens are open to the public to stroll around, while impressive aviaries dotted around the site are home to tropical birds from around the world. The gardens are available for banqueting and corporate events.

The MAC Centre
The popular Midlands Art Centre attracts over 500,000 visitors a year. At the centre, situated in Edgbaston’s Cannon Hill Park, you can enjoy theatre performances, music, comedy, literature, poetry events, courses, magical family shows, films and free exhibitions.
